How can I update my bank details?
Adding a new bank account or changing your primary linked account is a straightforward process on the ArihantPlus platform. This requires completing a brief re-KYC process to ensure compliance and security.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to updating your bank details on ArihantPlus:
- Navigate to My Account: Log in to your ArihantPlus trading account (via the app or web portal) and go to the 'My Account' section.
- Access Bank Details: Locate and tap on the 'Bank Details' option.
- Initiate Edit: Click the 'Edit' button on top.
- Complete Re-KYC: You will be redirected to a dedicated page to initiate a re-KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This is mandatory for updating core client information.
- Select Update Type: On the re-KYC page, select the option 'Bank Account'.
- Add New Account: Click on Add New Bank button, and choose whether you would like to verify the bank using UPI or through Account Number and IFSC Code. Enter the relevant details, depending on which option you choose.
- Submit Verification: You will be required to capture a picture by clicking on verification option and submit. Our system will then initiate a ₹1 credit to your newly added bank account. This transaction confirms that the account is active and belongs to you.
- Processing Time: The bank verification and mapping process can take up to 2 working days, though it is often completed sooner.
- Account Activation: You will receive a formal notification once the bank account is successfully verified and linked to your ArihantPlus trading account. Once activated, you can immediately use this bank account for all fund transfers and withdrawals.
