My date of birth appearing here is different from what I gave. Why?


Seems like you entered a DOB that isn’t matching with what is on your PAN card. As part of the paperless eKYC process, your DOB is fetched from the PAN database, and it cannot be changed.  

 

If there is a mismatch between the DOB you provided during the sign-up process, and the DOB on your PAN card, it may delay your application’s approval. The best thing to do is, continue with your account opening process and meanwhile get the correction done in the PAN database.
