Can a One-Person Company (OPC) open an account?

According to Rule 3(6) of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 Click Here, a One-Person Company (OPC) cannot do Non-Banking Financial Investment activities, including investing in securities. Because of this, Arihant Capital does not allow opening an OPC account.
