How Can I change My Signature in Arihant Demat Account?


Please find below the process for updating the signature in your Demat account:

Mode of Process

The signature change process is physical (offline only).

 

Signature Attestation

A Bank-verified Signature Attestation Form is required, Banker seal, Name & Employee code must be mentioned with Bank Attestation.

Signature Attestation Form (PDF)

Bank Proof

Submit latest 3 months’ bank statement to verify that the bank account is active.

 

In-Person Verification (Optional Alternative)

If the customer visits the DP office personally, the DP OFFICER can attest the signature in their presence by verifying Original ID proof of Customer . In this case, bank attestation and bank proof are not required.

KYC Update

Submit KYC documents with:
- POI (Proof of Identity)
- POA (Proof of Address)
 - New signature must be updated here
