What are the various methods I can use to authorize my sell transactions?

You can authorize the sale of their securities using these methods.

1. POAIf you have already signed a Power of Attorney (POA) with Arihant, it allows Arihant to automatically debit your shares from your Demat account whenever you sell your holdings. This is a one-time process and ensures that you have a seamless and smooth trading experience.

2. DDPI: SEBI has recently added an additional safety layer to the authorization process through the introduction of DDPI. DDPI ensures you have a seamless experience of POA while giving you more control over your debit authorizations. To know more about DDPI and enable DDPI, click here

3. eDIS:
If you choose not to give a POA/ DDPI to Arihant, you can authorize your sale transactions using the Electronic Delivery Instruction Slip or eDIS facility. Here, you must submit a TPIN (for CDSL) or MPIN (for NSDL) to validate your sell transaction. For your convenience, you can authorize all the sale transactions in one shot. You will also need an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
