I have not received my DIS booklet. How can I request a new one?

Your address is picked up from pre-verified sources (Aadhar), this way you don't need to submit any address proofs while opening your account. Your DIS is shipped at the registered address. In case you have moved, our customer service team will be happy to update your address.
