This usually happens when you have requested to withdraw more funds than the limit set in "withdrawable cash".

Withdrawal requests for amounts higher than the withdrawable cash will be processed. However, you will only receive funds in your bank account that is equal to the available withdrawable balance.

E.g.,

•  Your withdrawable balance is ₹10,000.
•  But, you placed a withdrawal request for ₹15,000.
•  As a result, only ₹10,000 will be credited to your bank account.
